Lauren is a gift! I received a reiki/ traumatic release session from her that was one of the most powerful experiences of my life. I didn't come with any huge trauma per se, but I did recognize patterns of belief that I was ready to dissolve and rewrite. Lauren guided me through a journey with my body during which we located memories that had collected and crystallized and informed subconscious interpretation and behaviors. One by one we worked to release each. I learned so much from her about the 7 subtle bodies which has helped me maintain my results from the time with her. Most profoundly, Lauren's navigation alongside me to a place unseen yet very much real provided visuals that were so vivid in their experience that my mind can't forget the transcendence from old belief to the new. There are true, lasting changes well beyond the moment of an experience that felt incredible. Leveraging both scientific and spiritual understandings, this session provided the needs of my personal construct with all that was necessary to fully engage and believe.
